Upon receiving the cocoa paste, store in freezer before use.
Remove cocoa paste from freezer to defrost. Place the paste in an equal amount of liquid ice cream base, and puree (burr mixer). Once cocoa paste is completely liquified into the ice cream base, add to balance of ice cream base, and freeze in batch freezer.
