Combination of cocoa and chocolate, fully prepared as a paste, ready to use in any batch freezer using 4 quarts of ice cream base mix
INGREDIENT DECLARATION
Cocoa, Semi-sweet chocolate (sugar, unsweetened chocolate processed with potassium carbonate, cocoa butter, milk fat), Soya Lecithin, Vanilla extract Water, Sugar
STORAGE
Upon receiving the cocoa/chocolate paste, store in freezer before use.
DIRECTIONS
Remove cocoa/chocolate paste from freezer to defrost. Place the paste in an equal amount of liquid ice cream base, and puree (burr mixer). Once cocoa paste is completely liquified into the ice cream base, add to balance of ice cream base, and freeze in batch freezer.
