Our four-hour session is all about learning the basics how to produce a commercial frozen dessert product.
At this online session, we teach both the following both the scratch and the ready to use base methods for producing a frozen dessert product:
- Ice cream
- Gelato, sorbet
- Water ices
- Ice cream novelties (popsicles and ice cream cookie sandwiches)
- Dairy free
We will illustrate the basic production methods of each product, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions and get answers on every phase of the frozen dessert production.
