The goal of the ICE CREAM UNIVERSITY CULINARY CENTER is to offer Research & Development ice cream consulting services to those who’s goal is to create, and/or refine an idea, or offer co-packing opportunities for small batch runs in the following areas:

  • Ice Cream and Mix formulation
  • Producing popsicles and ice cream cookie sandwiches
  • How to produce, present and sell an ice cream cake
  • Strategic advice on moving forward one’s conceptual idea
