FEBRUARY, 2008 - THE 2008 GELATO TOUR OF ITALY WAS A GREAT LEARNING EXPERIENCE!!
- Twenty-three very excited gelato entrepreneurs descended on Italy on January 25th to begin an adventure of a lifetime.
The group visited Bologna for a gelato workshop at the world- famous La Sorbetteria, (what a way to start an adventure!), and on to Rimini for the 29th Annual SIGEP Convention.
