“Wow, incredible, the Pistachio, Hazelnut and Ricotta gelato he taught us how to make!”
“What an incredible learning experience!”
These are just a few of the words used to describe Giacomo’s seminars last March 2007 in Las Vegas and Burlingame, California. Giacomo is a master gelato-maker producing incredible products at his gelateria in Bologna. He is one of the most inspired artisans we have encountered in Italy (and we have been to many cities from Naples in the South to Bologna in the North, to Rimini on the Adriatic Sea, and Florence in Tuscany).
He has taken the art of gelato-making to the highest level, and he is coming to the New York area and San Francisco to share his talent with us. Giacomo will demonstrate how great gelato is prepared in our hands-on seminars, and you will have the opportunity to work alongside of this great master. For more information on La Sorbetteria, look up www.lasorbetteria.it.

There is something amazing when you visit La Sorbetteria. When I first walked into his shop six years ago, I felt something that is hard to explain. It was the anticipation that I was going to experience something new and exciting. And then it hit me when I tasted his Pistachio, for which he makes his own paste. It was like nothing I had ever tasted— smooth and clean with a burst of pure pistachio flavor that is exceptional. It was a WOW experience, which I have always wanted to share with my students.
So, this will be an opportunity of a lifetime to learn from an expert who will show us what true passion is all about. Take it from me—you have never tasted such flavor anywhere. We expect a sellout workshop in NewYork/New Jersey and in San Francisco.
The cost is $975 per person. We will limit the size of each seminar to 15 participants on a first-come, first-serve basis.
