• Testing out your own product concept to determine the viability of your idea
• Learn how to use different alternative sweeteners other than refined sugars
• Prepare a wide assortment of fresh/frozen fruit sorbets and water ices using different stabilizers and corn syrup solids in order to create a smoother dipping sorbet and/or water ice
• Test out your own ideas developing ice cream flavors
• Learn how to make and decorate ice cream and gelato cakes from scratch
Get your product to market with co-packing opportunities that ensure product quality and execution with a dairy or dairy free co-packing production facility
Ice Cream University offers our one-on-one private consultations at our headquarters in West Orange, New Jersey or on-site at a location of your choosing.
At Ice Cream University’s location:
$325.00 per hour, minimum 4 hours per day
$2,500 per person for one day (8 hours), plus ingredient costs
$4,000 per person for two days, plus ingredient costs
(Second person is half price. Call us for multiple person sessions)
$4,500 for two days, plus travel expenses
$5,200 for three days, plus travel expenses
