March 29, 2007, Hastings-on-Hudson, NY- Malcolm Stogo, President of Malcolm Stogo Associates, proudly announces a new affiliation with the 29th International Exhibition for the Artisan Production of Ice Cream, Pastry, Confectionery and Bakery, commonly known as SIGEP, to be held January 26-30 in Rimini, Italy to promote SIGEP 2008. This is an exciting opportunity to bring Americans to the largest gelato convention in the world so that they can make personal contact with manufacturers of ingredients, equipment, packaging, and point of purchase materials that can benefit their business here in the United States.

For the last eight years, Malcolm Stogo has been bringing people from all over the world both in the industry and those who are thinking about getting into the industry to Rimini for an amazing learning experience. This is a win-win situation for both organizations because of the reputation of Malcolm Stogo throughout the frozen dessert industry and the incredible reputation that SIGEP RIMINI FIERA has around the world.

Through this new partnership we hope to greatly increase the number of Americans who visit the fair and experience this event to understand its magnitude, expansiveness and opportunities it can open for their businesses. SIGEP is a five-day fair with over 700 exhibitors and 93,000 visitors from around the world. The fair is open from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. each day and is easily reachable by air, train, car, and bus.

Malcolm Stogo Associates’ role in this new affiliation is to promote SIGEP 2008 in the United States and to help facilitate travel arrangements and entry passes to the fair to make the experience easier than ever before for Americans to attend. Malcolm Stogo Associates is developing a new website to assist anyone interested in attending SIGEP 2008 with detailed information including air travel, hotel arrangements, transport from Bologna and/or Rome.
